I spend a few hours with sketchup making these yesterday. I think they turned out pretty well for how much experience I have (which is none).
Almost done:
Done in NL:
They still need to be textured and colored.
How'd I do? And any other basic footers or anything else I should make to have?

Use sketchup "components" instead of extruding directly from the faces.

They are components. Although now that I think about it I forgot to make the cement base a component. Maybe when I texture them later.
