i downloaded the free no limits demo. the visuals are so much better than rollercoaster tycoon 3 but when i went onto the rollercoaster design part i found it really confusing. is the full version easyer to use.

no mate, the editor is the same. at first it is confusing but stick at it and have a play about and you'll son find its very simple really, the only reason yhou find it complicated is cuz of rct3's rubbishness.

Ha, you can't really compare RCT3 and NL, they are completely different approaches to coasters. Keep this in mind:
-making rides in NL requires patience/thought, and often lots of it. Rides will not just make themselves like in RCT3.
-NL is based on moving around completely unrestricted nodes and their control points. Basically, any shape of track can be created, good or bad! Instead of thinking about little chunks of a ride (RCT3), you'll be working with the bezier curves. It's really not as intimidating as it looks/sounds.
-Practice makes perfect.

I don't agree that nolimits is hard it does require more patience though. And no there are definitely no better coaster simulator than nolimits. (The main difference between RCT3 and nolimits is that the elements are custom designed in NL that requires CAD skills. Look at the name ("NoLimits")

It is hard at first. The best words to describe the feel has already been said, "it takes patience". I've been using the program for over 5 months now and I still have infinite things to work on. You'll always be improving, but as you start out, you won't come up with anything special. Make sure you upload your tracks here so we can help [:D]
