I think it stands for "Out of Body Experiences," Which come from the part of the brain nicknamed "The God Center".

The subject was brought up by me announcing in the chat that an old friend of mine from elementary school recently passed away due to a freak accident with an electric shaver and suffering from burns on more than 40% of his body. He underwent a couple surgeries but I believe the burns became infected and his body gave up. He was only 16, and it sucks because I hung out with him a couple of times and sat next to him in the 3rd grade.
