Does anyone else think the MCBR exit transition looks really jerky?

Yeah the motion toward the right at the very beginning does, but I doubt it'll be that big a problem.

Ispeed looks like it has a really cool start of the ride: Top hat, airtime hill, those 2 quick turns. But after that it feels for me, that it starts to lose some pacing. I'll probably give a proper judgment when I've been there but that's just what the POV says to me.

I don't care, the name still stays Ispeed. I'm not going to sponsor apple with that stuff. [lol]

I rode iSPEED (this is the correct writing ;) ) this past weekend... it's awesome!!! the launch is very cool, even if the start is less powerful than the idraulic launch's ones... the top hat is funny, and there's airtime (especially in last row)... there's a strong ejector time on the camelback, even with those trims... the s-turns after the camelback are taken at a very high speed... they're awesome! one of the best part of the coaster is the corkscrew over the station... it's unbelievable of fast it is!! the overbanked and the heartline roll are very cool, even if the speed isn't so high... the ride ends after the mid-brakes, because the second part is a bit useless ;) however, it's an awesome coaster and i can't wait to ride it in the night (-12 ;) )... I give it a full 9!!!

Vid - I heard it either from TPR or a link from there.

And from seeing the POV, it does lack the "entire coaster" experience. That MCB is an automatic killer. Especially since the last section sucks hardcore.

Ride reminds me of a movie, Eagle Eye. Simply INSANE first 2/3s, crazy pacing, excitment and intense action only to subject to one of the biggest let downs of an ending possible.

If iSpeed ended at the MCB, It would be amazing. But, it looks amazing up till that point but after...as Dcs told me...Its like Intamin always does something stupid with their rides - and thats a perfect example. Pure stupidity.

This ride looks great. I think the brake toward the end could keep it from barreling into the station at such a high speed. I wonder how many trains it can run at once with such a short track.

I don't think we should be looking at the part after the MCB as a real part of the ride, more like a fun way to return to the station/capacity booster...
Just my $0.02...

Also, I think it can eun 3 trains.

Eh. I was all hyped up for this ride in the beginning because I thought it was supposed to be el shizzle. From what I can see, it really doesn't look all that amazing. I feel like the beginning of the ride would be fun up until the end of the first roll. From there on out, the ride just looks like crap. The 2 transitions going in and out of the MCB look awful, and they jerk really hard, especially coming out of the MCB. Also from the POV of the girl riding it, it looks like its a bit of a head banger. SLC FTW! lol, jk. I would not mind riding it if I was there, but I wouldn't make the huge trip just to go for a ride.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

I think it looks like a great ride before and after the Mid-Course Brake Run, the section after the trims reminds me of Space Mountain at Disneyland. It may not be the most thrilling part, but I bet it is a lot of fun and good way to end the ride.

So I rode iSpeed 5 times this weekend, 3 times on Saturday and 2 times on SUnday!
And, yeah, what can I say, except that IT'S THE BEST RIDE I'VE EVER BEEN ON!!!
Seriously, even tho, it bangs your head a bit, and the lines were HUGE, it still pwns Katun. The launch is unexpected, and you don't exactly know when you're going to launch... The time from when the train starts moving to the actual launch varries a bit... The launch is very forcefull, and I absolutely loved it. It just made me scream, I couldn't help myself. The pullup into the tophat is quite insane also. It was so forcefull, it pushed my restraint down, even if I tryed to resist it with my legs! The top hat is simply THE most amazing element. The view in the front (only rode 2nd row tho) is amazing, but the back wins hands down. There was airtime over the ENTIRE tophat. Even if at the very top, it was probably only around 0G... The sensetion on the 2nd half of the tophat is the best thing I have ever experienced!I will never forget the moment, where you are staring directly at the ground/pullout below you, and being pushed out of your seat by the crazy negative force. Soon after the pullup starts, there's a headchopper, a banking transition, another head chopper, and before you know it, you're out of your seat again! That hill is absolutely insane! -1.5Gs across the whole thing. The trims didn't really take away from the experience. If you were in the front, they only increased the force that pushed you out of your seat, and in the back, I hardly felt it at all... The S transition was crazy fast, and banged your head a little. The following turn was very forcefull. The S hill had some really nice air, and quite strong lateral forces. If you weren't prepared for it, it was quite the headbanger. Same story with the insane corkscrew! Awesome element, but a little heavy on the lats. The banked bump thingy was up next. First time I rode it, there was a nice floaty pop of air, and not that many laterals, but on the other side of the train (left), the spike was quite forcefull. The Italian loop was a fun element, and very forcefull. The barrelroll was taken at a really fast speed, and is also a really great element! The MCB transitions weren't as bad as they seemed, altho, you could bang your head a little, if you weren't prepared. Also, the MCB almost didn't stop the train at all, leaving enough speed for the last bunny hop to have some mild floater air, and the last turn to pull some nice Gs.
Overall, like I said, my new Nr. 1 ride, and IMO everybody should ride it!
BTW, it doesn't really loose pacing till the MCB, and the rest was the bast connection between the brakes and the station I've EVER seen! You could also coun't it as a part of the actual ride, really, becouse it is still a really fun part, with the insane transition from the MCB, a floaty hill and a forcefull turn.

Great review vid w! Sounds like maverick with the high lats everywhere. But does it really bang your head from side to side? Or is it just pushing your head against the side?

No, not really from side to side, but the laterals are quite harsh at some points, and if you're not expecting it, it totally hits you in the head. lol
For example, i seriously didn't expect the corkscrew to have so many laterals when I first rode it, and wham, I got hit in the ear. lol Same with the S-transition, S-hill, tophat, barrelroll, that little speed bump over the launch, ...
The problem is, the lats vary from seat to seat, so you can't totally predict them if you ride for the first time in a specific seat.

"De roller coaster numero uno de Europa?!"

The number one coaster in Europe? LOL, it's up there but not NUMBER 1!

That's quite an arrogant statement [lol]
"Don't be a disability"... yep, still keeping that. :P
