there is a lot of debate here about religious head dress.

With people wearing hooded tops being banned from shop, but people are freely allowed in in full body covering berkas (spelling?), just because it's their religion.

What if it's my religion that I am allowed to murder everyone? I should be allowed to do it without fear of retribution just because it's my religion, surely?

Anyway, why are you pleased by this? Could you not achieve the same thing with a dish-cloth?

Because it is a real one the Muslim people wear, not some dish cloth. And how would you come up with the black head band?

The real one is a round black rope like solid band, not a flat elastic band.

Yes, Gouldy! Because killing billions of people is absolutely and genuinely the same thing as wearing religious clothing!

Also jayman as far the religious stupidity ladder goes I place them at #2.

1. Mormonism
2. Islam
3. Christianity

Bible:

Judges 15:3-5 : 3 Samson said to them, "This time I have a right to get even with the Philistines; I will really harm them." 4 So he went out and caught three hundred foxes and tied them tail to tail in pairs. He then fastened a torch to every pair of tails, 5 lit the torches and let the foxes loose in the standing grain of the Philistines. He burned up the shocks and standing grain, together with the vineyards and olive groves.

Judges 15:6-8: 6 When the Philistines asked, "Who did this?" they were told, "Samson, the Timnite's son-in-law, because his wife was given to his friend."
So the Philistines went up and burned her and her father to death. 7 Samson said to them, "Since you've acted like this, I won't stop until I get my revenge on you." 8 He attacked them viciously and slaughtered many of them. Then he went down and stayed in a cave in the rock of Etam.

Judges 15:14-15: 14 As he approached Lehi, the Philistines came toward him shouting. The Spirit of the LORD came upon him in power. The ropes on his arms became like charred flax, and the bindings dropped from his hands. 15 Finding a fresh jawbone of a donkey, he grabbed it and struck down a thousand men.

Explain the above plz

They're equally supported in the Bible and Quran. Wearing one of those headdresses is just as bad as a cross necklace in my eyes. Critical thinking is great no?

big assed FAIL ! notice anything the passages that you posted have in common?.. they are ALL from the old testement, if you noticed the new testement is there to point out that the old testement bullpoop was cancelled.... that's pretty much the very BASIS of christianity.. the quaran doesnt have one.. while all religion is pretty stupid i'd say that christianity isnt as lame as islam .. not by a sight.. hokey? sure but not as f**ked up..

Anyway yeah, my question still remains; why would you be pleased by this?

"Oh great, someone gave me a dish-cloth and a piece of rope, wow I must now jizz in my pants because I'm totally a man of the world, yeah. Now I'll go and make a crappy jet coaster so I can orgasm twice in a day!"

I love wearing my homemade Hijab made from a blue tee shirt. I look very Islamic in it. I wonder what God thinks?

It doesn't matter what God thinks does it, taking into account the fact that God is simply a figment of people's collective imagination. As is Allah, and all the other stupid bloody gods.

Does slagging off other people's religions make you all feel clever, because clearly you've got little else to show it? I mean, if you had any brain cells at all, you would all just shut up and accept what people believe. Or maybe you want every one to be the same as you and make the world a boring ass place to be.
Screw Commercialism. It's Dr.Gumbo, not CokeZero.
