I'm making a personal-use-only recreation (If enough people ask for me to post it, however, I will, but it wont have any custom scenery or buildings, just ride and supports) of the Magnum XL-200, and by the looks of things, it's only JUST made it into the provided construction space. Man that ride is long...

If only the 2nd drop turned 90 degrees, but noooooooo... Ron Toomer only had it turn 45 degrees, way to go for constricting every last ounce out of me, Arrow! [V][V][V]

looks good, but why only personal use? Will it be so good that the rest of humanity can't handle it?

Or so bad that our heads will explode when we find a ride that's worse than something cool5 can make! [:O]

If you rotated that so the turnaround was more in the corner youd get a lot more room.

Lol [:D]

No it won't be absolutely horrible, I've proven my eptitude at constructing Arrow coasters quite well at this point. I'm just having considerable trouble pacing the return track's hills correctly right now. The out portion feels almost exactly like Magnum, but the back... really meh right now, and I'm a little unsure exactly what happens in tunnel #2.

You know, sometimes I really do find myself wishing the editor had a rotation feature...

It does. Save the whole thing as an element. Adjust the starting vertexs position...then insert.

OK, then, I'll upload this one, but remember, no scenery due to space constraints.

I will simply be concentrating on making the ride feel as close to the real thing as possible, along with high quality support-work. At this point, I have been doing some tweaking to the turnaround to improve shaping and such, and have also been playing with the first couple of airtime hills to try and get the pacing correct. I've decided steepening the hills slightly from what I was trying previously might do what I need.

You can place scenery outside the boundaries.
You should definitely include the beach area next to the ride. IMO, the setting overlooking the lake is half the fun of the ride.

Are you using the overhead view from Google Earth?

If you rotate it like I said, youll get extra room for scenery too.
