... I can't tell if that looks beautiful or hideous...
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

yeah, after looking at it more I think that is one of the ugliest coasters I have seen!

It's a Premier coaster, it has premier shaping. As long as the barrel roll is like that was on Chiller, I'm down.

^um... It is the first Premier coaster with that type of tophat. I think that the shaping is hideous. Now, what's the problem?

I live about two from Kennywood and pass the park often.

No offense to person who created the NL simuilation, close but no cigar. The coaster has a very compact layout, ala Maverick meets Wild Mouse.

An obvious mistake in the simulation is the Cliff-Hanger element (Where is it? LOL) The "Cliff-Hanger" drop is much sharper than the top hat. Matter of fact, it looks similar to the tight vertical drop on the classic Wild Mouse. The dip at the bottom is circular (even radius), not parabolic.

The coaster actually looks pretty cool. ...just a series of relatively quick and tight elements.
Don't use the simulation judge the ride.

Fairly certain the barrel roll shaping won't be anything like that of Chiller.

Overall looks like a fun ride, but nothing overly special. I'm not sure it's a great design...it has some elements that might not be that family-friendly, but the overall experience likely won't be particularly intense, meaning it won't completely satisfy the thrill-seeking demographic either. We'll see what happens though.

I dunno. I'm looking forward to it simply because it's a new coaster and I'm actually going to get to Kennywood this year for the first time. Plus it's sure to be unique (relatively unique, at least).

Who said I was referring to just the tophat?

You people are so irritatingly gay. It's a goddamned roller coaster, not a tea set you keep in your house that matches the drapes or whatever the hell.

Yeah I might get there this year its a far distance but I got some relatives who want to show me around the area. So its a excuse to get out of work to go there. I just hope I can go. And I wish Steel phantom was still there not this Steel "CRAPS" Revenge.(Sorry to anyone who loves the ride) Its not just the same. I want to go on Sky Rocket so bad.

^...tea set... ...drapes...,they're only thinking of stereotypes
All RCCAs should be RMC'd. And that event shall be henceforth known as the Rollercaust.

I'm assuming an annoying fruitcake would have a tea set and be worried about it matching the drapes, whereas a man would buy the cheapest blinds possible and use a normal cup (preferably a free one from a fast food establishment). If i wanted to take a stab at British stereotypes I'd go for something more obvious like the teeth issue.

No, a real man would just take the boiling water off of the burner, and drink it without worrying about the tea bag.

My friends, I wouldn't hold your breath. Given the history of the last few rides they built, this new one might not operate correctly until 2015.

The new track style is interesting at least.

I guess I am excited for this coaster. Kennywood was getting old and they needed something new like this.

lol, that second video reminds me of the 100+ mph tests on Xcelerator. I'm guessing the first launch will be more similar to that of the first video, and the MCBR will behave more like the second video, if possible. Weird but cool little ride.

I love the hair though! hahaha

To me, it seems like the launches were basically identical on both videos, but it was the "cliffhanger" thing that was different. In the second video, there aren't any brakes on the first drop, but in the first one, they're clearly there. But however it's running, I just hope that it is running when I'm there next Friday...by the looks of it, it won't be [:(]
