Great, hoping to have supports done in 2-3 weeks and 3ds done before the New Year. Release in 2006.

I have had NL since February '03, and I remember it was right before v1.3 came out (the wooden update). I'm pretty sure it was released in April that year.

1. It doesent fit diagonally or regular or any combination of ways accurately dude.

2. How in the world are you gonna make 3ds wooden supports, Thats just wasting time.

3. I would be glad to help out with any recreations you do, but dont do thunderhead. Thats a very hard ride to get right, and if its not perfect its worth nothing to me.

I emailed the parks so hopefully they will reply.

3ds supports would be easier than NL supports. On NL, you have to do each one by hand even though each one is identical. With 3ds, you can copy and paste.

I'm also seeing that Voyage probably won't work so I'm going to go down the list and find a better pick.

Diagonal will help but not enough. It just takes up WAY too much dang room.

So even though there is the option of doing auto supports you don't use them Jim?

jimths08 might be referring to the lateral bracing. Doing it all by hand is the most realistic and accurate way to go about it... the cathedral wooden support structure just doesn't cut it IMO.

So how do those support structures get their names?

By the looks and shapes of them.

The reasons I don't like Autogen: 1) no verical/negative bracing 2) its not the real shaping, its 10*10*10, in real life its something like 10*5*5 3)supports collide and footers are way too cluttered.

Here are some pics of the footers, the first pic is of Real's Outlaw and his footers and the second is of my footers. I'm not sure which is more realistic but I like the looks and cleaness of mine so far. What do yall think?

See the difference?

I've decided to go with one of 4 choices:

1=Thunderhead
2=Boulder Dash
3=Raven
4=Lightning Racer

You guys can decide. The racer would be neat and Boulder Dash would have awesome terrain as would Raven. Thunderhead would just be a challenge with a neat station fly-through.

Vote!
