^ A Lucien Freud painting sold for ?????????18million, and that was just a life painting of a fat woman on a sofa. To get a whole modern art sculpture this size for that money is pretty good. Art collectors/buyers/dealers are extremely wealthy. If someone wants to spend this much on a tower for the city, i say go for it.
