Looking for a musical keyboard

Well, as the title says, I'm looking for a musical keyboard...
My old one, which I got for free from my cousin, is slowly, but surely biting the dust, so I need a new one.

I'm no pro, merely a beginner, so take this in account.
The prefered brands are Yamaha and Roland.
It shouldn't have a high price, about 400#8364;, it can be lower, or a bit higher, depending on what the keyboard has to offer...

Sofar, I've been looking at:
- Roland EXR 3
- Yamaha PSR E 413
- Roland EXR 3 s (altho, not available in our country...)
- Roland E-09 (also, not available here)

So, if you have any suggestions, I'm open!

Also, I would like to hear some suggestions on what functions I would need in a keyboard!

Just so you know, I decided on a used Roland EXR-5s.
