Looking for a program...

Hello, i am a first time poster and i downloaded the cartexture templates i just dont have a program that i can load them in to edit them. It is really starting to piss me off seeing ive been lookin for a program for about a week and cant find one. Do any of you guys have anything to help me out?

Any paint program would load cartextures...if you don't have one, get Photoshop, its amazing. you can download the trial version at www.adobe.com
