It's a pop song where the word "round" is repeated 7 times during the chorus (with increasing exclamation marks each time). The next two verses go something like this, where each syllable is represented by a number:
123, 123, 123, 45.
123, 123 12333. (The same words are repeated 3x in this verse, and the last syllable is stretched out to 3 syllables)

The 2 verses after the chorus go kind of like this, except probably in a different key. Pretend that this is a treble staff in 4/4, lol.
