lost track

hey i just downloaded Iamtheinterpol's recently uploaded track Doppelganger, and i have a track of my own called doppelganger, so while i was extracting it with the track packager i got the common prompt saying, "this file has the same name, would you like to overwrite?"
and not thinking about it i clicked "yes to all" and it overwrote my track named doppelganger.

and i would just download it from here again, but i had fixed the back spike to be a little steeper and re-uploaded it on either coastersims or coasters2k afterwards, but not on here.

and now im unable to retrieve passwords for my accounts on either of those websites, so i cant retrieve my own updated version of my track named doppelganger.

hopefully this makes sense to someone and i can have some help getting my track back, so if you are active on either of those sites it would be a huge help if you could try and find my updated version of doppelganger, it states in the track description that it is updated from the old version uploaded here.
