A few semesters ago we were supposed to make a full marketing plan for an item. Mine was the Hot Diggity Dogger and I used the Jetsons in my advertisements. When it was presented the teacher told me that cartoon characters would never be taken seriously in real life items. Well time has passed and more and more ads involving cartoon characters are being incorporated into such real life products and services. I got a C on the project for the unlikely to occur factor despite such ads have been used before. So, with lot more such ads around, I could challenge this grade now with evidence of such use and could boost my final grade of a B to an A. You think I should do that? I was right dammit!
