Need Corkscrew Tutorial NOW!!!! Mostly for invert

I need a tutorial on how to make B & M corkscrews (wingover) I'm builiding Talon have have been trying to create the corkscrew, and it has taken me over 2 hours, I'm now I'm giving up trying to build on my own, and would like to learn. So can any of you help??? I would prefer someone who has had tons and tons of experience, some one like Buster ect, to make it saying that they have really good corkscrews.
