Do I need to take the folders and put all the objects and other files into the mail folder so that the park can reference them right?

It is my Jamp Up Land Package. I go to package it and when other people open it, they get missing and failed 3ds files.
Here is a pic of the folder with all the 3ds files.
Do I need to take the folders and put all the objects and other files into the mail folder so that the park can reference them right?
