Is there really nowhere else in your unbelievably massive country to put said stadium? Are you serious, that the only site on which ths stadium can be built, is th theme park?

To hell with the 49ers. And guys, people DO live there so its just like the GL thing. Hopefully Ceder Fair wins this. Honestly IMO, the 49ers dont deserve that land as long as Cedar Fair owns it.

To be honest, PGA is not really my most favorite park after
Stealth got dismantled I just made the topic just to be respectful to Cedar Fair. and they only have 2 coasters that I really like, Grizzly and Top Gun and that's it.

First off, you do realize it is GA now, not PGA?

Secondly, according to that awfully vague description coasternet has, they are proposing the location. Nothing is set in stone yet, or as you like to say, has been approved. The city would approve the location, not the franchise, unless the 49ers actually plan to fund the entire project by themselves.

Great America isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

theyre not going to destroy great america, its just that the stadium will be taking up the extra parking lot they've got. The 49'ers might even buy the park, but not destroy it.

I don't get how they would buy it and not destroy it. There is NO possible way you could get away with having an NFL stadium and amusement park that close together. A bunch of liquored up tailgaters is the LAST thing you want near a place trying to attract families.

I suppose they could close the park down on game days, but they would be losing a lot of money.

Infact, Im almost certain its going to die. But that just means more rides for other parks that just have to be relocated.
