i just got another analog synth, an roland sh-1000. yippie!!!!!. this one isn't as intense as my arp, but it sounds really really good. i mentioned that i repair my own keyboards to a landscaper from work and he said i could have this one to fix and keep. there wasn't much wrong with it, all it needed was to be taken apart and cleaned,
oh well, i'm just excited!!!..

You could have some serious jam sessions to Paris Hilton with that thing

? i don't get it. what does paris hilton have to do with a rare, highly collectable, vintage analog synthesizer?

How about making a really cool sounding mp3 to share with us? Something to play as a coaster runs would be awesome!!!

^paris hilton makes crappy pop music now. but.. i don't get the relation either.

still, that's really cool. i would by a vintage synth just to get that specific sound.. but i lack money and/or anywhere to find one.

i still have my MicroKorg up and running.. but too bad my computer is too messed up to run any of the programs smoothly... [:(]

i think the paris hilton reference comes from the presumption by some that if you are using a synthesizer you are'nt really playing music "proper".. like all that'll come out of it it is pop or techno crap. not true here..... but i'll admit , i can't play stairway to heaven on the guitar... i made this picture of half of my music room with a crummy camera...
