Today was my 10th visit to the park this year, not sure about Mike. But I'm gonna copy and paste things from GADV.com, editing if necessary.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Today was one of my longest visits to GADV ever. We were there from R&S to closing. So my TR may be inaccurate. Christian may have to clear up some things. It was a very long day.

This trip was spur of the moment, planned last night on the phone. But Christian picked me up at 8:30 and we arrived at 9. Waited a half hour for them to open. Guest Relations said Ka and Toro would be running. Very nice!

So we walk over to Toro and we see the beautiful sight of a train stuck at the top! The guard said it will not open any time soon, and that RT was open. It didn't open till after the park opened to the GP. It's funny. How could they replace ET with RT? It just doesn't match. But whatever. We went to Ka after meeting up with JR on the way.

Ka was deserted. We got up there and they were only using two trains because that was all that was needed. They just opened Blueberry as we got up there. It was Blueberry and Schoolbus on the RT side of the station today. Weird. But me and JR got the front and Christian got the 2nd row. A great KK ride to start the day off. Me and Christian rerode without leaving in the 2nd row and JR rerode somewhere in the back. Next we switched and rode Schoolbus 3rd row, got off, and rode Blueberry 2nd row again. We finished off our mini marathon with a 3rd row ride on Blueberry. I got a photo from that too. Keep in mind, I might be totally wrong with the trains/seating. All I know is we got 5 rides, and they were all sweet. Schoolbus third row was a little rough, but nothing too bad.

Schoolbus 3rd row launching.. look at that idiot in front of my with the cell phone! It's dangerous. Someone dropped a camera off Toro also and it shattered to pieces.
-They accidentally added the launching pic twice... so no coming back

Getting off Ka we see the GP stampede! Haha I'm glad we aren't in that. Going into the midway we can tell it will be crowded today. SUF was ruled out because a lot of people were going there already.

The 3 of us went over to Movietown. Chiller wasn't open yet. We took a back row ride on BTR. Line was already halfway down the stairs, but it was a 5 minute wait. Awesome.

Next we go over to Nitro. The line is already long. So we VIG it. We were assigned 5th row. A great ride today.

That right there is classic.

Then we headed over to Skull. Not a long line but inside the station we see it is broken, similar to how we caught in on opening day.

Sky Ride didn't have that long of a wait, we got on in like a minute. Enjoyed our nice ride across the park.

After that we grabbed a quick one train wait on RMT. Back row.

Next we went over to Toro. The line was outrageous. But we got to skip it anyway. VIG is nice. We got the very back, and JR sat in front of us. And they have TRAIN NAMES for ET!!!! HAHA! Train B (dark) is Hector, and A is Jorge! I have to say Hector was giving a faster and smoother ride today. But we got Jorge for this ride. It was rougher than usual. I got a headache that lasted the whole day.

So then Christian went to his car to get his souvenir cup. Me and JR checked RT's line. Waaaayyy too long. We went to KK's photo booth to see if my water was still there but it wasn't. IDK what it is with me, I always seem to forget my water. But we found out this new thing with courtesy cups. Free water. Good enough to last the whole day, It's just that only certain locations had it.

We met back up with Christian near the now open Chiller. We used VIG though, after relaxing on the massage chairs for awhile. Ryan was up there, so it was cool. Chiller was awesome as usual.

This is where my mind starts to get fuzzy. I believe we ate lunch next at Mama Flora's. The chicken nuggets were disgusting, but it was food and I was hungry. Then I believe we checked SM again but the line was too long so we VIGed the Sky Ride. Rode that back over, and VIGed Medusa.

We got the big boy seats, 5th row. Very good today, still rough, but holding on makes it fun.

Again with my contorted face!

Went back over to the boardwalk. VIGed SUF and got 2nd row. Great to be on this ride again after not riding it for a few weeks. I was the only one who enjoyed it a lot. JR and Christian thought it was boring.

So my friends met up with me after this, and we were a big group so we had no choice but to wait for GASM. Not long. Maybe 15 minutes. I got the 4th row again with Christian and JR in front of me. My friends rode on the next train. It was rough again today but enjoyable. My head was staring to pound though just from the amount of rides I have been on.

My friends wanted to do Ka so we went over there. Only Christian, Mike, Jess, and Shaina rode. Me, JR, and the rest sat out. VIG was used. A lifesaver. Even though the line wasn't bad at all due to 4 train op. JR left to meet up with some friends during this.

Coming back

After a bit of confusion, we found the rest of our group as they ventured off to what they called "Mexican land" (PdC)! LOL! But everyone was hungry, except for me and Christian. So we VIGed Toro once again. I sat alone in the 2nd to last row, and Christian and Dave, the really cool Toro op, sat behind me. And Matt is cool too, we didn't see him till a bit later though. But anyway, Hector was still rough, but a bit smoother since I wasn't on a wheel seat. My head was pounding.

Mike and Jess are at Teds, so we head over there. I stop at First Aid to maybe get Advil. They directed me to Attitudes and I got some easily swallowable Motrin. Went over to SUF's bathrooms and popped the 2 pills. But we went to Batman next since everyone had left Ted's.

Me and Christian walk up the FP entrance and happen too see Mike and Jess in the very long line. Of course they jumped out and rode with us w/ VIG. Us 4 got the back once again. It was amazing again. My head was starting to feel better, and since Batman is smooth it really didn't do anything. The forces irritated it a little but not that bad.

We went back over to Chiller, met up with the rest of the group again. we all rode Chiller. The line wasn't long at all. Barely down the ramp! 10 minute wait. We got the very back. It is really intense. Mike was amazed at how forceful it was. Also, latest on BTC. "Batman Chiller is checked, all clear.... hiss hiss hiss hiss hiss.. launching in 3 2 WEEKS! Hopefully that will stand true. JR came back and met up with us again.

But I split with Christian and him, so it was just me and my friends. Time for the concert. Skies are darkening. It's starting to drizzle! We thought nothing of it. We made our way over to Northern Star. Rookie of the Year was in the middle of their set. It started to POUR! We got the hell out of there. IDK where my friends went, but I went and seeked refuge in the bathroom by RMT but then ran into RMT's station. I chilled there till the rain stopped and met my friends inside the arena. Perfect timing! The Gym Class Heroes came out shortly after that. I have to say, their show was GREAT! I liked their beat, and there lyrics weren't bad either. They are very modern. Crowd interaction was moderate but not that active.

So the show ended and I split with my friends. I met up with Christian for one more ride on Toro. Back row this time, but on Jorge. Still a bit rough, but smoother than earlier. But the difference was, it was the end of the night. This thing was FLYING like I have never seen it or rode it before. I wasn't stapled either, so it was absolute heaven. That may have been my best Toro ride ever.
Image
Yea my head is blocked. But I have enough Toro photos so I'm good.

15 minutes till park closing. We went to Ka and used VIG. The let us through thankfully. We made the mistake of crossing and of course they needed to empty that side first. So instead of getting front row Gak, they made us go to third row. I was expecting this, but it couldn't of come at the worst possible time. So reluctantly I boarded that piece of green crap. The whole thing with this last ride was a hope for a rollback. We didn't get one. What I got, was the worst KK ride I have ever had. It was not the least bit fun. This thing was shaking around like it was going to derail. My head was back to being in pain, but to a more extreme degree. I couldn't walk straight, and I tripped exiting out. I didn't even bother with the photo. I just wanted to go home.

So that's just what we did. Got in the car, got in a traffic jam, but went home, as my headache slowly went away.
