i like all the remodeling; dont get me wrong. I think he needs to implement new sounds. diffrent sounds for each style. breaks sounds. and most importanatly: the screaching for the LIM launch! that would be the coolest. like in hyperrails (<<terrible game).
X2 ??? Intimidator 305 ??? Millennium Force ??? Iron Rattler ??? El Toro ??? Fury 325 ??? Maverick ??? Skyrush ??? Twisted Timbers ??? Voyage 250
yea so I was on my sister's comp a few mins ago changin a few things in Firefox, and as I'm gettin done and closin everything, I notice this window that came up with this really sleak, grey patterned, new lookin NL logo. it was wierd. maybe I'm an NL prophet [:p]
That's because the modeling (and textures) are untouched, those renders simply used better shading and lighting. Anyways, the stuff looks pretty nice, wonder how it'll look with the textures.
Basically because in terms of realistic designs, sit-down was superceded by stand-up which was superceded by floorless. Then they branced off with the inverted and added in flying technology, and then they created the vertical drop designs. These are kinda like B&M's elite four coaster types:
four latest, not to say they're the "elite" types. IMO, the dive machine style is okay... but it just doesn't give the thrill that a 4-abreast style can. IE, I found it much more fun to ride Kumba than to ride SheiKra simply because of how they both maneuver. Dive Machines must have big lead-ins/outs due to the wide cars, whereas sitdowns and other normal 4-abreast allows for more swift maneuvers.
^ I too find kumba more enjoyable, I also like the fact that your feet rest on the ground, it's slightly more comfortable. Of course its always cool to feel your legs go numb when they've been pulled on by high forces. But generally I like the sit down better.[:D]
I'm not sure about everyone else, but I think the B&M regular looping trains (ie, kumba) look FAR better than the floorless trains. WildFire's trains are especially very good looking compared to any of the floorless trains in my opinion.
^ I prefer the kumba train to wildfire. Wildefire is basically the cross between a hyper/floorless train. The feet flat on the floor design looks better, imo.
