NL deleted from comp, Now getting error

My mom randomly deleted NL from my computer, which she usually does once every couple of years. Don't ask me why. I have the file to download it & reg-key, but every time I start the DL it says:

"Error opening file for writing:
C:\ProgramFiles\NoLimits Coaster v1.6\Insert random fileHit Abort to abort installation
Retry to retry writing the file
Ignore to skip this file"

I don't know what else to do, it's not changing its mind. Any ideas on what's going on here?

Try re-downloading the setup.exe file. It could be corrupted.

sounds like my dad. if he doesn't know what it is he deletes it
