NL game troubles

So I'm having some issues with my NL game. It's been going on for some time now, but I can't just ignore it any longer.

1. All my roller coaster trains are white. Occasionally some of the Intamin hypers or others have train colors that work, but it's only for the front train generally.

2. SLOOOOWWWW GAAAMMMEEE. Really low FPS which used to rarely occur even when a ride was heavily themed. Now a plain ride with no theme could be at a constant 30 fps or lower. This could be my computer and I might need to clean it out or change something, but I've done that numerous times. Two things for this: What are the default settings on all the NL categories for graphics and 'options', AND, any tips for my computer (making games faster or what-have you...).

If anyone can help that'd be nice.

You're probably missing the cartextures, I'm not sure where you can download them though. Check the "Nolimitscoasters 1.x > cartextures" folder and see if they're there, if they're not there, then thats why you're having trouble.

Doing a hard drive cleanup and clearing temporary internet files should allow for a higher FPS. Also, you may want to check for malware.

Most likely your video hardware isn't working with NL too well. Try a driver update, which may fix the cartextures, but may not help with the low framerate.

I had all the cartextures but I'm sure it was due to malware and hardware. I got a new CPU anyways (long overdue), but thanks guys.

If the old comp's a mess you can usually reformat to fix it up. (I'm going to assume you meant computer instead of processor.)
