hi Rafhael, its nice to see new people posting..... anyway for smoothe coasters get the tool box and use the smooth feature... on inversions, just click on the +/- buttons till it looks right, also for new people it is better to use prefabs (see the no limits help for inserting elements)

on supps, make shure that quite a bit r on the lift... then it depends on the kind of coaster your building go to >www.rcdb.com to look at pics of real supps. to help u
>www.gravmericstudios.com for the tool box and other good stuff

well, if u know how to use and make the custom suports juss try different things, and it dosent matter where u put them, just as long as it looks realistic and it looks like it would be able to hold up the track in real life, and just experiment with how u make them, its your coaster so make them however u want to make them.

download and take a look at my coaster MARAUDER it has 100% custom supports it will help you see how i did it and it may give you ideas on what to do with your custom supports for your coasters. (http://www.coastercrazy.com/track_exchang ... p?tid=2892)
basically i try to put a support vertex about 1 full grid length apart. this seems to give the coaster enough supports. i place a prefab support to see how it would look at the vertex and then design my own custom support that i think would be better. the biggest problem with custom support is making sure they do not come too close to the surrounding track while still making the support structure look realistic. it may take a few attempts to get it right. after you get better at custom supports you should not need to use the prefabs. i hope this helps. good luck.

I dunno if it'll help, but go the the articles section / no limits tutorials and read G Force Addict's tutorial on hyper supports. I know it's mainly tailored toward hyper coasters, but it teaches how to place free nodes, track nodes, fundamental nodes, etc, and how to create good lattice supports. Another thing you can do that people shouldn't get mad at is to look at other people's support structures and just copy them. but be sure to give them credit for it if it's an exact copy!!!

Or what u can do is experement with nolimits and the supports so u can learn from your self like I did! It may take some time but it really does help! Or take the advise of what the others said so try that and see what happens!
