Can anyone tell me what elementary is. I would like to know. Also how to use Auto Support. Thanks. What does auto support do.

Elementary is a formula based program that allows you to make elements or entire tracks. You need to be good with the wizard creator to make very good tracks with it.

The auto support generator works by simply dragging the track file onto the support generators file. It creates a more realistic support structure, BUT ONLY IF YOU WANT AN INTAMIN SUPPORT STYLE, if making B&Ms or Arrows, steer clear!

Steer clear of ASG for everything. They may seem realistic at first glance, but doing supports by hand will make them hundreds of times better. Plus, everyone can tell when you've used the ASG, and you'll get called out immediately. The only autosupports that really work are the non-wide wooden supports built in to NL.

And you don't necessarily need to know any hard math to use Elementary with any efficiency; download a few wizards, or ask someone to email them (I don't have any - got rid of them when I got my new computer). If you use Elementary, however, you also need AHG (Auto Heartline Generator) because practically all of the elements that Elementary exports are un-heartlined. They're mathematically perfect, but you'd never know it if you rode a raw element in the sim. AHG is a whole other beast to learn, though, so good luck [:)]
