Ugh, I have this problem every time i try to move multiple nodes from top view.
It lifts everything selected like 5 feet when I move it while looking through top view.
Anyone know how to stop this or avoid it?

No, if you're snap is at 0.1 feet the nodes should move at intervals of 0.1 feet not 5.
Is there anything out of the ordinary on the track, like an enormous amount of nodes or something?
Otherwise I would suggest:
1. restarting your pc, if that doesnt work:
2. reinstalling nolimits, if that doesnt work:
3. format your pc.
