Man, I hate to be "that guy," but they got the suspended coaster rollbacks wrong
Unlike most other coasters, Arrow suspended coasters had the "fixed" part of the roll back on the train, and the "moving" part of the rollback on the lift. Basically, the cars have a small peg that sticks out of the chassis on the left hand side (on BBW it was on cars 2 and 5) that stays firm. On the lift itself, they have these rather large wedges that are about 6+ inches long. When the peg for the train rolled over it, it pushed the wedge into the track, then a spring pushed the wedge back down after the peg moved past. To my knowledge this is the only model coaster with this style roll back, but all suspended coasters have this type.
This is why suspended coasters sound so very different going up the lift than all other coasters. Is there anyone I can report this to?
