NoLimits Help

Happy New year.
Many of the roller coasters posted on this site are awesome. I would really like to improve my skills on NoLimits. If anyone would like to help, I have a few questions about NoLimits.

1. How do you make car textures?
2. When using Wood Magic to make supports for wooden coasters, how do you make a hybrid steel structure (if it is possible)?
3. How do you make the track different colors on certain segments by having the colors fade/blend in and out?
4. What is the best program to use to finalize custom supports?

I would appreciate it if anyone could help, even if it is only on one question. Feel free to leave other tips using NoLimits even if they do not pertain to any of the questions. Thanks. Have a great New Year.

1. http://www.digital-experiment.de/ . Allthough it's not really up to date. But usually that explains alot allready [:)]
2. Try out the different options of the buildstyle. If it's not under there. It's all custom build.
3. Multiple tracksegments, and colorfade them by hand for each seperate segment. There is probably a tool out to do stuff like this but maybe someone else could answer that.
4. What do you mean with finalize custom supports? Flanges? If so: The autoflanger.

But some of the questions don't really add how to improve coasters. It's just some tricks to make it look nicer [:)] It doesn't improve trackquality etc [;)]

I for one need a to improve a great deal with ObjectCreator and 3Ds...I have a lot of improving to do with NoLimits. I wonder if I'll ever become a master at it
