Just click the question mark in the toolbar and select help. Like goliath100 already said, you can learn about everything from that.

Select "Add Track". Hold down "Ctrl" and press "3". Then make your stretch of track. it should be yellow in the editor. Click on the track piece and press "g". Click on the box beside "Linear Induction Motor". Done! You can bring up the options for any piece of track by clicking on it and pressing "g".

Ok, now this doesn't have it in the help. Some tracks people made, the tracks merge/de-merge. How do I do that? I searched looked the help and it never said anything about it.

I mean where 2 tracks side by side connect.
The part in the middle of "Hurricane" the inverted dueling coaster where the 2 tracks merge together and make 1 track, then splits into 2 tracks again.

The tracks that go like this:
__________________________________
LEGEND
- 1 rollercoaster track
= 2 rollercoaster tracks (Dueling)
<> Split/Merge
__________________________________

I get what you mean, Hurricane is my track. If you look closely you can see both tracks are overlapping. Just take a look at it in the editor and move one of the vertices of the "double track". You'll see there is another track under it.
I made one of the 2 tracks first and saved the double part as an element and inserted it from the point where they merged.
Like you already said in your comment "puzzling", it's exactly the right word, you have to keep distance between both trains and tweak all the setting for an endless time to get it right.
I suggest you just study it a bit in the editor, you can send me a PM if you got more questions about it.

credits for the Y-concept (merging tracks) go out to lightwarmth and phyter.
