i would like to see less threads like this.

the dev team sees PLENTY of this, and they have heard of 99.999% of the things that will be mentioned in this thread. so, it is here by pointless.

I would say Arrow Suspended Coasters with the option to change the cars between Arrow style and the floorless Vekoma style.

Dive machines and the ablilty to change the spine size of B&M's. Also, track connectors on B&M's would be nice too.

big trees and a way to make your coaster look realistic.

They already look pretty realistic, but i would really like to see if they could have an option, to have guests to ride your rides, and if your perfomance on your system is low the to turn it off.

built in tools for everyone! And free object creator, like for SM, and don't forget being able to add in music.

Graphical fixes, larger template, muiltiple coasters per scene, suspendeds, and arrow hypers, maybe 4D's and flyers but they're at the bottom of my priority list.

Edit: Better sound fx are also needed.

flyers are at my top, where as 4D I don't particularly care about because they'd hardly ever be used, much like on SM.

Flyers, ability to make two separate coasters in the same plane, Compressed Air Launching, Object Creator, Suspended Swinging Coasters, maybe that Unicoaster they had a demo of a while back, as Rmfrick said, the ability to have guests, and a few more things.

Bigger maps/trees, multiple coasters per file, re-designed trains, more realistic gs and friction, better track node placing styles, and ABILITY TO COPY AND PASTE SUPPORTS!!! =)

save a support--like save an element where it could be scaled and stuff, b&m flyer, a re-designed steel looper, suspended, and 2 across stand up

1. Have a "Ride from this point" function where you click on a vertex
and ride from there in editor mode.

2. A HELP SECTION!

3. A place that lists short cuts, Not just the tips.

4. When in left, Right, and side views, Have a button that you can hit
to make track disappear so you can edit track nodes and supports
without the other track peices nearby cluttering the screen and making
it hard to work.

5. Easy car texture editing. This would enhance the NL community
making each and every coaster special. Have a 3d box in a window,
Where you can "Drag and Drop" pictures onto the train cars or even
paint them so they will be nice looking. This should be very easy.

6. G-force calculation IN THE EDITOR! This would save lots of time for
the whole NL community so we dont have to run the sim every time we
want to see how the G's are. If you can ride it in the editor it
should be easy to make happen.

I emailed that to NL.

Car textures are already easy to edit, just use the templates. Now if oyu mean making fancy professional looking textures, that's another story. Also, you can manually move through the track by clicking on the ride on track button in the editor without clicking the traffic lights.

For now use this;

V2/G/9.81.

That gives you the radius you need to make the g-force you want. As for negative gs;

1-(V2/G/9.81)

which also gives you the radius you need for the g-force you want.

Also, don't email the NL group unless you have a problem. Asking them to give you something is idiotic. Grow up and realize requests shouldn't and won't be taken seriously.

That one exists already, just go to view and turn vertexes off.
Then you still see the rails but you turn off the track nodes so you don't mess up those...

But if we are going to throw in existing ideas:

- tilt coaster (including sidewards tilts, rotations, etc...)
- Mack mouse (with all tilting features included...)
- Gerstlauer spinning
- mauer spinning (with all features that are inside winjas...)
- Mauer Sohne X-car coaster type.
- Bigger template in the editor: at least 4 times bigger!
- Multi-coasters per scene
- 3d trees (In the option able to disable the 3d'ness to X trees like now.
- G-Force readouts in the editor.
- More realistic G-colour scale. Like fading the colours over instead of suddenly flash to yellow or red...
- flyers
- arrow hyper
- Real rocket coasters (with working fins, a real cable pulling...)
- Fixed intamin hyper: Now including real cable lift. Going up and going down again...
- Possibility to let the cable increase speed during climbing
- Realistic catwalks

And that is probably just 0.1% of ?????????The List?????????

I would really like a built in scenery object database to help those of us who can't build our own models put some more realisitic scenery in the rides. (Houses, bridges, rocks, more trees, etc., and especially more station options)

I would also like some of the Elemental tools incorportated to help build better elements.
