We are? Thats news to me. I know I never pushed for genocide. Neither has anyone I know in person who you could throw in that umbrella and thats quite a few people. Maybe more specificity is needed?
The anti-homosexuality bills they've been trying to pass that makes the punishment for it death (that's genocide) along with the newspaper articles that had known gay people's addresses and picture with the headline "HANG THEM!" didn't appear until a year or two after the Bush administration opened the religious funding floodgates over there. I'm not blaming Bush or anything, but this is directly caused by missionaries.
It has been all over the news repeatedly through the years, pretty much the entire international community is pissed about it, and the UN has had a meeting about it. This is entirely the fault of Christianity in Uganda and the overall dark history is repeating itself yet again.
I don't have time to nitpick through whatever dumbass denomination it is over there that is behind this so you can sweep the problem under the rug like all churches do as a whole to pretend that glaring problems don't exist.
Both sources are credible, deal with it.
