Does anyone know where I can download the Scream Machines Object Editor? I found it on their website, but it won't download. Says the page cannot be found. Does anyone know where I can download it?

I had the same problem. Then SM stopped working properly. I'd get invisible track in the editor, so no more SM for me. Waste of $20.

Didn't that program used to come with SM itself? Maybe I still have it somewhere.

Edit:
Found it!

Downloaded just fine. Now to see if I can find my Reg Key for SM and see if the zip works. Or is the zip a standalone?

Just extract the zipfile into the scream machines folder. Because of the age of the files i'm not sure if you should extact the smpack file too. Because I think there came a couple more scream machines updates after this release.

I installed SM again and extracted the OE into the SM folder. When I open the OE I get a black screen with yellow numbers flashing in the top right corner, 60-69.

And I have the same problem from before with the SM track editor. I doesn't display the wire frame track at all only the nodes. I've adjust the settings to all possible combos and it just doesn't work. The Sim part works just fine. When I first got SM everything worked. Then one day I had the wire frame problem. Good thing the SM is cheap.

I'm using a nVidia GeForceFX 5200 card. Anyone have any ideas why everything would work except wire frame in editor mode?

I've just send the file to Oscar. I took the old smpack file out. So all you have to do is extract the files into your Scream Machines folder. [:)]

Hope this will be alright for the time being but here it is. The object editor for SM is: AT THE TIME OF THIS WRITING, IT's ALREADY BACK UP AGAIN AND I DECIDED TO TAKE THIS ONE DOWN.

well one example if you have a 3ds max or any kind of object making software you can create cusomizable buildings or object. You can even import 3ds files from NoLimits and convert them into SM. Another example an amazing Nolimits track space mountain, you can convert object files, colors and picture files directly into the object editor. Its very hard to explain all the proceedures importing and exporting your finish works into SM. It will take time to get use to like anything else.

Another example, A track I made a while ago was called star wars ride. Actually it was made by someone else on NL and I imported it to SM. http://www.coastercrazy.com/track_excha ... ?tid=13053
be sure to abstract this to your SM objects foulder. Look for another foulder within that foulder that should say documenta and settings. keep clicking and it should be a track file starwars ride. Thats mostly what the object editor is all about. Be sure to switch to day mode. Have fun.
