[lol] Yeah, I didn't think anyone would come and read this if the title was "trip help!" So basically, I'm going on a trip this August to California, and while there, I'll be going to SFMM, Knotts and Universal Hollywood. I can't go to SFMW or anything up there because we're staying in the L.A./Hollywood area. Just wondering, for any of you who have been there, what is a decent amount of time for each park?

We tried to make some estimations, but then again, we don't know the lines, shows, and all the other things there are to do at each place. We thought 2 days for SFMM and Universal, and 1 for Knotts. Think that's enough? Let me know either way. Thanks a lot!

well if its gonna be weekdsays at the parks, you can probably do SFMM in 1, but might wanna give a second to hit rides again. Knotts can be done in 1 if you only care about coasters. Universal can definately be done in 1, just do the Studio tour, then the 2 rides on the lower lot, then you'll have plenty of time for whatever other shows you wanna see.

Thanks, we were planning Universal for the 18th and 19th (Sat and Sun), Knotts on the 21st (Tues) and SFMM on the 23 and 24th (Thurs and Fri). I don't know if that changes anything, if the weekend would be too busy for Universal, I can easily change it to some other day.

Weekend for Universal should be fine. It's never really a crowded place.

yep.. don't expect alot from universal unless you are a big time movie fan.. it's not exactly a thrill a minute.. we went a couple of saturdays ago and it wasn't terribly crowded.with that much time you could get your disneyland on big time.
