Here is my recipe for Crisp Fried Onion Rings! [pshades]

Plz let me know how they were if u make them!!! [;)]

Have around large 4 onions, cut them into rings...about 1/4 in (or however u like but thin-ish)

Get two seperate bowls, Put a lot of flour in one, a little milk in the other.

In the flour bowl, add a bit of salt, and lots of pepper (the grinding black pepper stuff)

Make sure the oil (i sugest sunflower), is BOILING HOT!!

Dip the rings first into milk (so they get wet, DO NOT USE WATER), then into flour.

Add one ring to pan (with boiling oil), see if it floats with bubbles, then....

Put the onion Rings into pan, wait till they go golden brown, and start to flake a LITTLE BIT (so they are crispy)

Put them on a absorbant paper (to soak up fat)

Serve...then EAT!!!

E-mail me if u want it on a file! [pshades]

I know my stepdad would like it, he loves onion rings. I'll see what I can do to make him make some for us.
