Delete the rate

I don't even think that he knew what tech on a coaster means.... atleast it wasn't one of those pathetic straight 10 rates.

good point, but an overrate should still be taken care of...

Overrate or not, he posted reasons to back up the numbers he gave. So the rate shall stand.
