Does Dubai really get enough tourists to support all of this?

It's Dubai. You must replace all business logic and feasibility reports with a bunch of rich Arabs that have a massive amount of cash.

Titanic? Why is a horrible disaster a good idea for a theme park ride?

Well it's for people who wants to be in the same disaster as the people on the titanic had. With that I mean dead.
I can't find an other thing that can be done with it lol

It's similar to China at the moment - some of their parks are drawing in less than 300 visitors a day - people with too much money building unsustainable environments.

Dubai is already pretty good at that with 166 listed cancelled projects at the start of the year (source: http://www.emirates247.com/property/new ... 5-1.577902)

RE: Titanic - I'd suggest there's a plethora of ideas to implement that storyline - however as the film is heavily based on a real life disaster it arguable isn't a particularly sensitive ride to create.

The attraction like "Do a skyjump from the top of a vertical vessel!" is exciting! 8-)
