I'm at the park to have fun and the last thing on my mind is counting rollercoaster rides.
Maybe this was a misunderstanding when you posted it in March, but you do know that we count "credits" or "number of distinct coasters ridden", correct? Counting cycles is insanity. Counting credits, on the other hand, would take like ten minutes or less after returning home from a park and noting down what different ones you rode. It's a nice track record of your coaster-riding journey, and I think it's simply loads of fun to rate and rank them all and compare their stats against one another and see trends in your enjoyment pattern. It's like people that go crazy about football stats except this is with roller coasters.
Anyway. Mine is 180 after my recent Carowinds visit, with Fury 325 being my 175th (intentionally). I'm extremely proud of and fortunate to have come this far. I still remember when it was a solid 15 to 20 or so because Cedar Point was my recurring home.
All it takes a little bit of planning and some money saved and you can get out to any nearby park! Even if things don't come about, it's still at least worth planning. It makes the concept of the trip more real.
