I like coming here for forum posting and downloading tracks (no minimum rate% here...), but I go to CS.com in order to get more detailed rates and criticism on my coasters. I pop into the forums over there every now and then, but it is alot more fun to be a mod here than a junior track rider there. Of course, recently, I haven't really been going anywhere but school and work.

Same as you Hyyyper I have used multiple names, email addresses, and passwords and after a day you are banned.

Whats also really annoying as well, when you try to log on and you have forgotten your login details, you request your details, you receive an email from them with all your details intact with no indication that you are banned, and to top it all theres a link in the email to log on to your account, which when clicked greats you with the sorry this user account is banned.

CS you are a joke.

it's just the download vs rate limit that forces people to create a new account like hyyyper did. For them it's like:
arggg... can't download anymore, log off, create new account, continue download.
I guess if they would remove that download vs rate thing, the problems of banning and multipli accounts wouldn't be that big.

Also i guess we have here way more members then there, they might have an higher account numbers, but they probably have banned 25-40% of it

dirk, one thing straight, i didn't screw up with ratings, i just dl'd tracks, then my button greyed and i started rating, so no prob's, but then some member there called goliath77 found out that i had two accounts, which i couldn't remeber, and uploading a stolen track (which i ddidn't know that it was stolen in the 1st place) also got me banned...but that's ok, but when you ask them to explain why you've been banned, no answer, and now it's 10 account later, and i don't care about being banned, i'll just make a new one, that the good thing of having a computernerd at school who can do things with IP's

The only reason CS has designers like 'Hansixx' is that they are simply too scared to post there tracks here. They simply cant handle the ratings they get which score like 8, then when they complain and us staff basicaly tell them to get a grip they go off crying to CS.Com, where they know the staff will give them a big hug and delete any bad ratings they get over there. Thats why i respect most of the great designers who upload here. They can actualy take one on the chin and move on.

As for CS.Com itself, i really dont think much of the site. After being banned for saying (r) in the chat room on one occassion, i saw no reall reason to go back there. I also believe traffic wise WWS simply dominates them

agreed, the only rating the staff are letting tru on those rides are like,

"T: a little bumps and jerks but nothing to worry about
A: adrenaline was good trough the whole ride, the pace was really good
O: nice layout, very orignial, and i liked the pick of the elements"

and i woudn't be suprised if one of the admins was Orlando18 or one of his accounts

Heh -- there is nothing like having a bunch of medals that are not earned, eh fellas?? Humorous story ... One time I rated a (shall we say) "respected designers" coaster with brutal honesty, and amazingly enough that rate vanished launching that person's coaster into a gold. Odd, don'cha think? To this day, I have not talked to a certain staff member because of his inability to stand up for what is proper, even if it means going against the grain.

I did lay into one respected member (maybe staff, not sure) though (user id: Torch) by telling him that his name was too majestic for his brain cells (or something like that) and started referring to him as Bic (as in a tiny bic lighter). Childish? Of course. But it was comical to watch them all circle the wagons to attack me. The thread is still out there, still makes me laugh to this day.

What I find is so humorous is how they seem to "wall" themselves into their little domain where no outsiders can ever be a part. Geesh, I even know of members who have left and changed identities on IM just to get away from them ... it is almost like a cult over there.

So sad ...

Well, the only person I dislike on CS.com is Seuss. In the chat room if you say something like "Piss" and they get all up in arms about everything, and then kick you from the Que. Or you refer to a Member who uses the semetic name, "The Jew" and they get all up in arms about that. But I guess I can't entirely blame it on them, but I can blame it on some one who uses that name, and like to bug me on MSN![lol] But yeah, some things they do are just petty.

Cs.com is a wonderful site, i don't know why you people moan so much. Over at cs.com there has been no childish topics such as how much do you hate wws or anything. Cs.com has forgotten about the past and here you have retards like hyyper bringing the topic back all the time, wws, you was ban years ago, i also believe you are not so laid back because you...... Well lets not go there. The admins are also fun there and laid back, they don't want swearing because its a nicer community, here everybody swears for no reason. (Commoners).

The internet company uses the same proxy for all their customers, so you might see different members who use the same service wws.

every singe pc has another IP, the only then possible is to be on a network on your school or something which can mask your IP, the way i get in the cs.com every time i want

On number 2, Sometimes that is not the case. They want you to be able to describe the true nature of the coaster as much as possible or they'll take it right off and that is gods honest truth. It happened with me.

The only one that i'd hate is riscit, he is really someone who actually follows the rules too much. He probably has printed a book from all the rules from cs.com and read them every night before bed time... Tons of people upload with other peoples stuff. They never get problems with that. Then me, i'd get all the problems over my head, because i used a texture out of my objects folder...

Another typical thing from coastersims is that when you say something bad about coastersims or give bad comments, you imediatly get spoken about it or you get banned. When i said sometimes here coastershit, i'd got told about it just because i said that! How non-privacy can that be?!
