Christmas ads

I don't know what it's like for everyone else, but here in the England, the commercials for Chirstmas gifts get earlier and earlier each year. Well, I saw the first ones this year, yesterday, that's not THAT early you might say, but the advert was for a magazine from which you could buy your gifts for Christmas 2006! , we haven't even had Crimbo 2005 yet and already ads for Crimbo 2006 are hitting the screens here. That really is stupid, I guess it is nearly time for the Christmas ads to start, but for Christmas 2006? That's just silly. People from the UK reading this might know which ones I'm on about, the 'Park' Christmas magazine thingymabobber.

I think people are begining to forget the true meaning of Christmas .... which of course is to give me loads of money [:)]

I usualy always see thesee ads for next years Christmas aswell. Usual for like giant hampers of food, which are for the poor who cant afford to plain out buy it in one.

Our local Wal Mart has half of their seasonal department filled with Halloween stuff and half with Christmas stuff. It's only september.

Very VEry TRUe Gouldy, i was in town this very day, and most of the stores were already sellin christmas gifts. It really pisses me off when im enjoying watching one of my favorite shows,the adverts come on and the screen it covered with little 'Baby Wee Wee' toys and the new selection of freaking k-nex or something like that. I hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
