rct2 and rct3 converter into NL

does any one know if there is an rct2 or 3 converter into NL like the one for rct1?

Nope, none for rct2 and rct3...
You only can convert rct1 tracks, but one hint. Don't upload your rct1 creations in NL. You get bad rates for that. And fixing up rct rides is also really terrible to do. You better can build a whole new one in NL.

i have started to decipher the codes from each game. its pretty complicated because it is shown in hexidecimal form. it actually pretty cool to toy around with because if you change just one number you can change the whole coaster. that project has been on hold though

RCT 3 takes care of that. THe only reason why you would ever want to convert your RCT track into NL is so you can ride it. Since RCT 3 came out, it allows you to ride any tracks in that software, as well as import RCT 1 & 2 tracks. So there is no purpose for another converter.
