That looks pretty cool. Much better than any of my attempts to make a model coaster.

Pull out = Ouch.

Not to mention that someone has WAY too much free time and WAY too much money. I dont even want to know how many sets were needed to make that.

I think he got it moving by the motors from the newest coaster design... Cant think What it is called...

I made a 6ft TTD model and it took both motors to get it over.

Here's your video link:

[url=http://www.countrycoaster.com/indextwo.html]

Just click on "download."

As far as sets go, says on the page that it took 3 Serpent sets, 2 Rocket sets, 289 grey rods, and 3 months. Looks like fun!

(70 * 3) + (2*80) = 400 when you figure in taxes and other expenses.

Thats nuts. Give me 400 bucks, Ill get tickets to a theme park.

That's probably around right Real. I also do this, when I was joking about a 1:24 scale MF, I figured it would take 9 sets, and cost over 500$.

There's also another way to launch these coasters, other than the rubberband and those stupid motors. You could hook a string to a piece of the chain, make a back tower, attach a weight and drop that, or just yank as hard as you could.

^A weighted catapult drop. Similar to the Sharwtzkopf shuttles. Would be interesting I'm sure.
