Rollercoaster Avatars

hey i was wondering if any one knew anywhere to get good coaster avatars other than WWS ofcourse!!!

is the avatar the pic under your name if it is can you use any pic you want?

what about creating one on your own, then upload it on imageshack.us and use that?

i have a pic from a website could i use that?

One of the problems with avatars I've noticed is that they become little question marks and aren't the picture. Is this because they don't have the right file ending like *.jpg or something like that?

i uploaded a pic i had onto putfile and entered it and nothing has hapenned!

Did you purchase it in the Store, or did you put it as your picture in your profile?

at the store...nothing hapenned after i hit submit

Did you go and edit your profile after that, because that resets your avatar.

yes went to profile and then exited...same avatar

going to your profile after adding a custom avatar resets your avatar back to normal. If you are going to get a new avatar. do everything you want in your profile first so you don't have to do it after it...

av's can be at anysize, gif, jpg or bmp...

just make sure you upload it somewhere, u can also "insert an image file" in your post, copy the link and then don't post, and there you have a host

You were linking to the page, not the actual file. Hence why it wasnt showing up.
