Rio is the mexican king of rollercoasters, based in the heart of TJ to attract all of the Southern Californians to ride this spicy beast.

The trains look short for how tall this ride is, and I'm not real sure about 2 MCBRs. Other than that it looks pretty good, ice layout, I like the tilted helix.
