?????????Dozer????????? ????????? (muella)
This was a really good track. It had the best objects by far, and the track was smooth, fast, and fun. Great job????????? this is the best track in the contest, and has been awarded the trophy!
Technical:
There was quite a bit of pumping, which was the major thing that brought your score down. The pumping was not a huge problem, but it was everywhere. G forces were very well controlled, and the track was appropriately heartlined for the B&M style. Also, plenty of headchoppers but no hits. So, a point off for the pumping and a half point off for a few minor bumps.
Adrenaline:
The ride went by very quickly, had some good elements, and good interactions with the scenery. It was not fantastic, however. I liked it, but it just never really felt like it was going really fast and out of control. You just need to have it go a little faster and make the pacing near the end more rapid fire to truly make it something great. Still, again, a very good job.
Originality:
The originality on this ride was absolutely incredible compared to the others. You got a lot of bonus points for the incredible 3ds work, great interactions with the tunnels, fog, and the really cool launch out of the tube. Even besides the objects????????? the elements were amazing! The track turned, twisted, and looped all over the place. It was just an amazing mesh of originality. Great Job!

?????????Raptor????????? ????????? (gouldy)
This was not a bad bit of work, but it just didn't seem to stand out very much. There were some obvious technical problems, but the adrenaline was very nice and there were some cool elements.
Technical:
The most obvious problem with this coaster was the pumping????????? there was very nasty pumping in almost every turn and hill, to the point where you could feel each vertex as you went over it. G?????????s got a little bit high in a couple of places, but only a minor problem there. The other big problem is that the train slowed down to under 10 mph halfway through the course, which would result in potential rollbacks. But aside from the pumping and operation trouble, it was fine. The track was heartlined fairly effectively, e-stop was fine, and there were no collisions.
Adrenaline:
This track was quick, and to the point. The speed was constant, although nothing too extreme, and it held a nice pace going through all of those nice elements. The pace broke up a bit in the middle, but it kicked right back in with 2 unexpected inversions to finish, so great work there. The adrenaline was enhanced because naturally, being a tight fit coaster, the elements were shaped rather strangely, and the track was constantly twisting through a mesh of supports and track.
Originality:
Naturally, tight fit coasters are usually original, and this was no exception. I loved how you suddenly threw in 2 inversions seemingly out of nowhere in the end. Also, the slanted tophat and vertical drop mid-ride was a nice touch. Also, my compliments on the wonderful support work with all of the close calls, enhancing the sensation of speed. Overall, very good work.

?????????Rings of Fire????????? ????????? Dirk_Ermen
This was a good track, but far from perfect. It was very short, and had some obvious technical problems. However, it did have a furious pace and very good elements for its short length.
Technical:
There were a couple of bad banking transitions, most noticeably in the big banking transition after the first drop. There were very few bumps and pumps, but the ones that were there were major. Still, this was one of the better tracks in that category. Also, there was a collision coming out of the right-left banking transition going into the double helix. Pull the middle track back a little bit. Other than that, no real problems. E-stop was fine, and g?????????s were generally kept under control.
Adrenaline:
This track went by way too fast for a wood coaster. Ride time from the top of the lift to the brakes was only about 23 seconds. It was very fast and intense for the miniscule ride time, but it really needed to be extended by 10-20 seconds. I left the ride feeling unsatisfied. Otherwise, it was fine. It was intense, the speed was great, and there were tons of headchoppers, high verts and lats, and even some great airtime.
Originality:
The length killed you again here. The ride consisted of a turn off the lift, drop, 2 double helixes, an airtime hill, and a pop of air into the brakes. That?????????s not too much to be positive about. Well, at least the double helixes were well shaped and had good g forces through them. The combination was pretty good, with air was tossed in at good moments. It just needed to be a bit longer and more diverse.

?????????Rocket 50????????? ????????? (jpecool)
This coaster was really bad technically, but the adrenaline was great. It was short, but the speed was absolutely wicked throughout the ride. If you had spent more time on this coaster, it might have won.
Technical:
Bumps, pumps, weird transitions, and bad g?????????s were all over the place. I know you can do better, and you surely know it too. Just try to spend more time on it next time.
Adrenaline:
The ride was extremely short, around 20 seconds, which is a slight negative. However, it is acceptable on a rocket coaster as long as the ride packs some serious punch. This ride did. The speed was insane from start to finish, with some great elements in it. For the short length that it was, this was about perfect. My favorite part was that it had almost constant interaction with the supports, 3ds, and other track sections. Great work!
Originality:
The elements on this coaster were very nice. In just 20 seconds, you crammed in a launch, tophat, vertical loop, heartline spin, 2 overbanked turns, multiple very fast ground turns, and some absolutely insane airtime. For its length, this is just about the most original and intense that you could have hoped for. The 3ds gave you some bonus points, along with the original ride sequencing. Overall, very good aside from being incredibly short and technically horrible.

Thunder Dolphin 2 ????????? (unfortunate_smiley)
This coaster was completely lackluster in every single area. It was horrible technically, never really got the speed and intensity going, and it was very non-original. Every area needs drastic improvement.
Technical:
This coaster didn't have a lot of vertex bumps, but the pumping was absolutely horrible! Every single turn on the entire coaster had so much pumping that I almost got seasick riding it in the back seat. Try to keep your turns of uniformly changing radius, and your control points smaller to eliminate the pumping. Also, the attempts at heartlining were either not enough or too much. In the first turn, you hit the inside of the turn, where near the end of the ride you are tossed to the outside. You really need to work on that, as it is one of the most important aspects of an Intamin coaster. The banking was too high in some places, as the g?????????s were more then 1 g toward the inside of the turn.
Adrenaline:
This coaster just never got going enough. It wasted all of its energy in the helixes, with no sort of hills and only 1 big drop. For a rocket coaster, it just has to be more insane. The whole ride felt like helix after helix after helix. How about some airtime? You just had the one drop, which wasn't really that big of a deal. The moral of the story: more sensation of speed by throwing in more sudden changes of direction and sudden ejector airtime, and fewer turns. It just stayed in mediocrity.
Originality:
The same problems as the adrenaline category????????? turn after turn after turn. You needed to throw in some more hills and drops to help break up the layout. With so many turns, it got repetitive and uninteresting very quickly. Well, enough said. Just try to use a different sequence of turns and throw in some hills or unique elements to kick the pacing of the ride into overdrive.

Uber-Diver ????????? (harvesterofyoursorrow)
This coaster?????????s building technique was rather primitive compared to the other coasters in this contest, but it wasn't horrible. The adrenaline was low to mediocre, and the originality was somewhat interesting.
Technical:
The banking transitions need some more tweaking. There were a few vertex bumps and lots of pumping and weird moments of banking. The lateral g?????????s yellowed in one spot, which is bad on steel coasters. There were several moments where the g forces were to the inside of the turn, which was mostly a result of your attempts at heartlining the track and slipping too far. There was no apparent attempt to heartline the first drop, which would result in some bruises going down. The second half of the ride was the main culprit. The first half was MUCH better in the technical department. One final note: be careful about where you place the supports????????? they crossed into the path of the guests????????? arms a couple of times.
Adrenaline:
Did you really need 2 lifts? That just killed the pacing of the ride. The ride in between the lifts was just not long enough to give you a true thrill. It was lift, 10 seconds of ride, lift, 10 seconds of ride, end. The drops were cool, but you really needed to stick to one lift and a fast, intense series of elements in this tiny contest template. This coaster would have worked fine if it was just one lift and 20 seconds of ride, but having two lifts with 10 seconds of ride each just left you begging for a longer ride. What was there was unique and fast, though, so the score is okay.
Originality:
There were some really good elements on this coaster! The first drop was really cool, and I loved the tophat-like vertical turn. Those were wonderful for your originality. Otherwise, the ride just lacked, again mainly due to the length. The drops were good, but it just seems that the turns were there to link them up instead of being part of the ride. So, good drops and the vertical turn thing, but try to throw more stuff into each lift sequence next time. Also, don't use so many prefab supports. Prefabs are very plain, and can be much more professional and interesting if you do more by hand.

Welcome to Hollywood ????????? (delousedcoma)
This coaster can only be described as ?????????good?????????. It was slightly above average in every area, but really didn't stand out. It had a decent layout, just a few technical problems, and good pacing. But once again, it just didn't stand out.
Technical:
There was pumping everywhere. Every single turn had it, and that is not a good thing. In addition to the pumping, there were a few vertex bumps spread throughout the course. Then, there was also a turn just before the loop with yellow lateral g?????????s. There were just finite deductions all over the place, which added up through the course of the ride.
Adrenaline:
The adrenaline was pretty good????????? the turns were constantly changing direction, and the combination was sound and entertaining. The length was good. The turns were slightly repetitive by the end, but it wasn't as big of a deal as on smiley?????????s track. The primary reason for your score is because the sequence was okay, but just never seemed to be fast and out of control like on jpecool and Dirk?????????s coasters. Faster turns, hills, and inversions more often, more sporadically, with good variety is usually the winning formula for high adrenaline.
Originality:
Good, but nothing spectacular. The turns were constantly changing direction, elevation, and g force, so that was good. The loop was a great break in the pacing, so a good job throwing that in unexpectedly. What bugged me is that there really weren't any big drops or hills. The one that was there was more like a diving swoop than a real drop. The whole thing was lots of turns and one inversion. How about some more variety? You did get a small bonus for the 3ds work, but it really didn't add to the ride too much or accurately convey a Hollywood backlot. It just looked like a bunch of walls randomly thrown in.
