Ok I scrapped my plans for warrior, cause it pretty much sukked....so i decided to throw together (but nicely) this nice mine intamin launching coaster. The name is Catapult, as this is what happens to the riders. The colors arnt final, and im up for suggestions. I really wanna keep the name though. So far it feauters a launch reaching 102 kph, a handmade "dive loop", and a turn over the launch. I plan to have a station fly by, and some sort of figure 8 around a body of water. And does anyone know where i can find an auto flanger for supports, besides the construction kit(gotta pay for that) All comments appreciated. Thanks, Jakizle

ps.....Ill finish Wrangler after Catapult and remember, these ar emy 2nd/third coasters!!!!!!

the ride consists so far of a 102kph launch, a banked turn over the launch that reaches 110kph at its end, a helix around the station, and a nice hill over the station an crossing with the 110kph dive

heres an update on an added banked rise that floats through the dive loop, kinda like a mcbr with out the brakes. It then plunges right into a helix checked with the prefect circle tool( im not that good anyways but atleast im trying lol) and then gets ready for the return trip. I just wanna have some nice bunny hills for the way back that cut through the corse of the ride!

That turn looks a little too big imo, it can't have very good forces. Myabe make it smaller.

Just that final turn really. you don't have to make it smaller, but it doesn't exactly look like the most intense turn/helix ever. You could probably pull it off if you put a whole bunch of trees.

well i changed it anyways. I got ride of it and made a smaller dive loop going through the big dive loop!!! I had 5 vertices on the first one to try to make it go smoothly at its speeds and into the turn over the launch, but this one is fun and compact. The only problem really is the g's go into yellow? Is this really bad? Im just trying to think of how to fix it. I think i may need to raise the height of the 2nd dive loops so the half loop comging out runs smoothly, as thats where the yellow is. All lats are fine.

Which way, Lateral is bad (on a steel coaster like this, try and keep them 'round 0), vertical, good thing, it's red that you might want to avoid there.

no the lats are all fine, its yellow on vertical. If you like high force coasters this will be the on for ya.... the 4 final helixes(all different) average around 3.7 g's....Fun Fun The loop of the diver is the only yellow spot on the entire coaster....check out the layout after the dive loop below!!!!

What you've got there dosen't look too bad, imo. Maybe make the ties a dark silver, but I like the colour of the supports.

I agree with Wing-Over, the ties need to be darkened, but then the colors are fine.

Please, make sure this is really smooth, I don't want to see you waste all that time for a 6.5.

6.5 aint too bad for my second coaster! But yes, i need to work on some vertices. Ill go darken the colors of the ties and take a pic!

heres with darker ties

before smoothing i think i should do the tunnel test cause its close a few times...i wanna count the cross overs 2!
