Mega Park

Hello folks, I have in construction a megapark for RCT2. It features 6 "themed areas" with appropriate rides in each area. I have so far spent nearly 750000 bucks on it and it's 95% complete. I have a question, how do I get my staff (I have none at the moment I'm still building the park) to zoom around working 3 times as fast as usual, and reset the date to 0? I have seen these effects in action on other RCT2 parks downloaded from here. Is it a crafty cheat or some custom program you obtain from the net? help would be appreciated!! [:)]
