Question about rollercoaster tycoon 3 wild!!

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!![:(][:(] I have a question, and I was wondering how on other sites I see ppl's billboards from RCT 3 WILD. I was wondering how those ppl customize and make their billboards all cool. Can someone show me how to do this!! PLEASE HELP SOMEONE [?][:D][^][:(][?]

you just save images to your documents under "my pictures" When you select billboards ont he game it goes to your "my pictures" folder to look of rimages to display on you billboards. Then you select one. All the game does is place the image on the board. All cool looking billboards are prolly because of the time someone put into their image.
