For now, count me in, I started a layout and might be able to finish it. Can we still raise the whole terrain by 10 m to allow tunnels and trenches like in the other contests? And does a double tilted loopscrew thing count as an original inversion? If so stay tuned, cause pics will follow...sometimes...

Yes, you can still raise or lower the ground as a whole. It does not technically change the template or modify the terrain's shape.

Um, a 'double tilted loopscrew thing'? Never heard of it, so it's probably original.

I didn't liked the old lift support style:

So i've added now a little of my own style to the lift. Imo, it looks better now [:)]:

I think ish might be talking about the first two inversions on Thriller/Zonga. If that is the case, I'm fairly certain there aren't any on inverts.

i think connecting the tops of all the vertical bars on the far right of the supports would be cool

Nope, I'm not talking about that double loop. It's more like a mix of something tha's half way a loop and halfway a cork, and then a bit tilted to the back.

However, I will have to redo my layout cause the top of the loop pulled 5 g, althaugh I still think 4.5 g is a stupid limit[;)]

ish, I said a long time ago that I am going to be lieneant on the g limits. 2 instances of 5 g's would only result in a .5 deduction on technical. I am more worried about lateral g's and negative g's. A couple brief yellows on the positive side is just not a big deal.

I have lats of 1.5 on mine. Just once so far. My first element in the pre lift turns riders upside down twice and is an original element. Its called a stalling re-roll. [:D] Then i have my 3rd inversion done which is called a looped hook. I may not get finished in time for the deadline due to exams, but im gonna try.

Supports look like they're coming along well. I can't see from the screenshot, but is the zero-g roll heartlined or not?

it's defenatly heartlined, only over a very long streched way [:D] what makes it on a kinda way unique again [:)]

(EDIT: here's a picture for you, if you look good you can see the heartlining. The track nice turns away to give a unique zero g feeling [:D])

The rule was to build an intamin invert, so i build an intamin invert. Including supports. Googling gave me some great pictures from the 2 real intamin coasters that arn't on rcdb [:D]

just thought I'd stop in and remind everyone that you've got 2 days left to build.
