I just got the aim virus so if you know my aim dont accept anything I send if it says "check out these pictures I took today (link here)" block me and dont unblock me till I say so

I hate this virus... almost every single person at the college I work at has caught the stupid thing, and I have been cleaning it off of computers for the last 2 weeks non-stop.

Well, it's a hacktool.rootkit virus. The primary thing that it does is spread itself through AIM (if you're not using the real AIM service, but a 3rd party thing like GAIM it seems to have no effect), which causes annoying opennings of screens, and sometimes causes AIM to crash.

I had that same exact virus once, and I fixed it, but I don't remember the link. (me blcos you now so you can't talk to me on AIM or MSN.) PS, reinstalling AIM won't cure it.
