Longest and Most Boaring

I've made this topic in my own forum but wanted to test it out here too. Sorry if this topic is a little rusty but I have not been on WWS for ages. Anyway whats the Longest and Most Boaring coaster you have ever ridden.

And don't say any of my uploaded tracks I mean real coasters


Mine is the Ultimate at Lightwater Valley. I mean it boasts about its what is it something like 7 minutes, really the time it moves more that 5 m.p.h is about a minute and a half.

I know its not very long but dang Is Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disneyland boring or what. I almost went to sleep on the blasted thing. I happy its getting ripped out in the nearish future so Disney land can put in a ride like Expedition Everest over at the animal kingdom in orlando. (dad is former employee, heard before he left because gas cost $300 a month just to ge TO work)

Cool your Dad worked there! Anyway I know what you mean its not too spectacular with the thrill, but at least it has good scenary, I mean the Ultimate has non, unless you class trees as unique themeing

I think The Beast qualifies for this one

I thought the Beast was a good one?

Only if you like tons of straight, bumpy track that is trimmed every 100 feet.

Although Mean Streak at cedar point is a very fun ride. By the end of in you are waiting for it to end. Its just too long and slow.

Sounds crap now but that Helix looks great!

Millennium Coaster to Fanstasy Island, got that ride sucked. I had never riden on a straight section of track which wasnt a break run before i rode it!

Trail Blazer at hershey park its not long but its not very exicting

Long Line-Long Ride=Worth it
Short Line-Long Ride=Not worth it
Long Line-Short Ride=Not worth it
Short Line=Short Ride=Worth it

As you can all see this is just an opinion I think its true though

You really think the ultimate is the most boring? After that crazy bumpy 2nd half where you get smacked in the hands by a ton of trees and get the best and most violent laterals felt on a steel coaster probably? I love the ultimate, the design is actually so incredibly bad, and it bumps like hell, but i LOVE it, the laterals, the feeling of being almost totally out of control and that the ride is gonna de rail feels awesome. Unless it really did de-rail. [:p] But yes the lift hills are incredibly slow, and most of the ride is spent on them.

Anyway, the longest most boring ride i have ridden has to be....... Corkscrew at Alton since last year. Its incredibly rough and boring, and all you can see is rita shooting around next to you, and wishing you were on that instead.

well i forgot about this one . . . i was never on it but it looks really boring euro mir *yawn*

Short Line-Long Ride=Not worth it

Magnum XL 200 is definately an exception to that rule.

Iron Dragon was one of the most boring rides I have ever ridden. I think The Beast is just drawn out too much, too.

Euro-Mir ROCKS!! It might look boring but it isn't. Only the lift (which is damn long) is boring. Actually the turns at the top are quite nice too... Not exciting, but not boring either.

After that first downhill it's really exciting all the way to the brakes. There is really tight helix at the end which is far away from boring!!

I'd say Mean Streak as well. The beginning is a lot of fun with all the turns and steep drops, but towards the end you just keep going over little hills and weave through the supports over and over again.

omg XLR-8 at Astroworld is the most boring coaster in the world. Its so slow. And the ride time is 4ever cause of those 2 ultrafine excitment reducer lift hills.

Any Arrow Mine Ride execpt for Adventure Express at PKI. Most of them just make me ask the question "why did I go on this?"
