why does my avatar keep getting deleted today? its been deleted twice today[:(!] and i dont feel like keep getting the coins back

I had changed my avatar to another picture using the tool in the points store and after a week or two it was gone. I had updated my profile before I changed it. It seems unlikely that by simply changing your profile that you would lose your custom avatar.

Actually im pretty sure Jimmy Yoshi is right. It says something about it when you go to buy one. When you go to your profile theres is a section that asks what avatar you want, and if you edit other stuff i think it assumes you dont want one. Make sense?

Well I just changed mine again. I'm not going to mess with my profile so I'll see what happens. If it goes away this time then I'll know it wasn't because of fixing my profile.

It won't go away Princess G, the reason it went before is definitely because you changed your profile. It sucks I know, but that's the way it works for some reason. I've had a day before where I got a custom avatar, then changed my profile, then got my avatar back, then realised there was something wrong on my profile, changed it and then had to go and get my avatar again . I dunno why it does that, you might wanna ask some staff or something, but yeah, a word of warning I guess .... don't change your profile if you don't want to lose your custom avatar.
